i honestly can't tell you what this post was supposed to be about when i added the title and the photo back on april 2. i know that "feed the bitch" is the term for feeding moldy fruit to the sourdough starter by adam reallastnameunknown in the book pictured, kitchen confidential. but what exactly i was planning on ranting about... the world may never know.
