Prosciutto-Wrapped Roasted Garlic Potato Medallions - Technically, this is cheating, since it doesn’t actually contain bacon. But Prosciutto is a close, tasty relative of bacon, and could easily be swapped out for bacon in the recipe. And it looks so delicious, how could you resist? recipe is HERE via mens journal.
