And I don't have any idea where the bison meat comes from...we don't have no bison here in Wolfeboro... :)
i say COO-PON.
bison is delish, but it's been my experience that it doesn't freeze well, and it's a long way from wyoming. (i just looked it up, there are two bison farms in maine.)
